THE DIVISION’S CLUB

ENERGIES & TERRITORIES CLUB

The Club brings together all the players committed to the deployment of renewable energies (wind, solar, hydro, marine and river energies, renewable gases, biofuels, biomass, geothermal energy, etc.) and represents their voice to national and local public decision-makers. It also creates the conditions for regular dialogue with local and national public decision-makers and renewable energy project developers.

EXAMPLE OF A PROJECT LED BY THE RENEWABLE ENERGIES DIVISION

Since the end of 2022, the Division has been supporting the creation, structuring and management of France Géoénergie (www.francegeoenergie.fr). Launched at the Université de la Ville de Demain and hosted by the AFPG (Association française des professionnels de la géothermie), France Géoénergie aims to promote surface geothermal energy by helping public and private users to become familiar with the subject. France Géoénergie brings together users of geothermal energy, professionals in the sector and urban stakeholders.

Within this framework, Com'Publics carries out a wide range of tasks, including

  • Steering all the working groups (funding, training, raising awareness among local authorities, etc.),
  • administrative and financial management of the group
  • assisting with governance,
  • and coordinating relations between the group and public decision-makers.
